Rick Howland Rick (Richard) Howland is a proud Canadian actor. He began as an improvisation actor and, during his years at York University, her formed the comedy troupe the "Four Strombones." He has dabbled in both stand-up comedy and the hosting of comedy shows, as well as co-hosted a sit-com called "Rick's Life". He more recently wrote and directed the award winning short film "Underwritten" for the 48 hour film festival. On top of comedy, acting, and writing, Rick is also a singer/songwriter. He is known for his current role in Lost Girl (2010), playing Trick, a mysterious and wise barkeep and mentor to Bo.
