Lost Girl
Lost Girl is a Canadian Television show that first aired on Showcase on September 12th, 2010. The show stars Anna Silk who plays Bo, a beautiful, confused, and lost hero raised in the human world with adoptive parents and unexplained supernatural powers. In the pilot episode, Bo meets a spunky human named Kenzi (Ksenia Solo), who quickly becomes her best friend.
The supernatural hero also makes acquaintances with a secretive and mysterious barkeep (Rick Howland), a handsome wolf-shifter (Kris Holden-Ried), and a beautiful female human doctor (Zoie Palmer), all while being introduced to the world of the fae -- a hidden race of a variety of supernatural, human-like creatures. As she is brought into this world, Bo is found to be a succubus - a powerful fae that feeds on sexual and life energy (chi) to survive.
Bo choses an unaligned path, deciding on neither of the two clans she’s demanded to chose from by the fae race, and finds herself at odds with a number of powerful individuals. Lost Girl follows Bo and her friends as she searches this new and strange world for her own identity and answers about her past, as well as her journey to master her abilities.
