Since the video was taken down on copyright infringement, I have ripped it and uploaded it to my account (unlisted), so it'll be available. Quality is so so, though.

| I can give you a mini-summary for now, but I have no clue how to capture the video/save it to post though...
The entire webisode is called "Red Tape", and it focuses on Vex. He's sitting in what appears to be the Morrigan's office. He goes on talking about the party of the century.
During his monologue, he's interrupted by an assistant that Hale has been trying to contact him. He dismisses it and continues about his party.
I'm speculating he's the new Morrigan, at least for now. We eventually find out he's talking to a chef about fugu(sp). When he's supposed to taste it, he calls in the assistant to try it, she says she's vegan...
She informs him the venues he wants aren't available. He gets angry, we see him going back to being evil. He forces/mesmers her to eat the fugu and calls in a second assistant to take her place. He tells her he wants to throw a party but he keeps running into red tape and it's her job to make it disappear.
He then talks to a portrait of Evony and is interrupted when a package is delivered. He opens it, inside are a bunch of film reels with some ancient fae language on them. We hear creepy/mysterious music while he looks at one of them all weird. The new assistant offers to get a projector. He agrees and tells her to cancel the party. And that's where it ends.
