| Lost Girl @ London Comic-Con 2013 fan report:
What to say? Rachel, Ksenia, Emmanuelle and Jay were all so so lovely and really made it an enjoyable first time at Comic-con. Also, all three ladies are the most immaculately beautiful people I have ever seen irl.
I have to say, Rachel was the most talkative and seemed genuinely really lovely - she held up the queue at the signings because she was talking to everyone for so long. She said to my girlfriend that she wasn’t really supposed to be in S4 (either partly or at all I don’t know) but it was clear from fan reaction that they wanted her so… WELL DONE GUYS. Also, they were the only show that offered free signings to my knowledge (and didn’t make you pay for extras like the Con people wanted them to).
Emmanuelle Vaugier seemed really cool and it was unfortunate she didn’t get asked more questions/interact a lot in the panel.
The panel: was really short (they were running late), but they answered all questions I think, and I even got to ask one! It was lame and about popcorn (inadvertently) but still. I was right in the front so had a great view. There were pretty much the standard questions, but they all seemed really shocked/excited about S4 and hyped it up A LOT so I cannot WAIT.
One thing that did surprise me from the panel is they asked the audience which “team” they were on, and practically the whole room’s hands shot up for DYBO! Doccubus got less hands than Valkubus! Jay Firestone said that he’ll bear that in mind for Season 5 :’( which leads me to believe that there is no Dybo relationship in S4… but I guess we’ll see!
Anyway I had a great time and will now be caressing my signed Season 1 Lost Girl DVD for the foreseeable future.
